Privacy Policy · The Imprint

The short version

We collect the minimum we need to give you a Human Design chart and let you come back to it: your email, your birth data, and your conversations with the coach. We don't sell your data. We don't use it to train AI models. You can delete your account anytime and your data goes with it.

What we collect

Email address — used to sign you in via magic link and (with permission) to send you the occasional product update.
Birth data — the date, time, and place you enter to calculate your chart. Stored so we can show you your chart again without recalculating.
Your chart — the calculated Human Design output (Type, Authority, Profile, gates, channels, centers).
Coach conversations — the questions you ask the coach and its responses. Stored so the coach remembers across sessions.
Subscription status — if you upgrade, we store your Stripe customer + subscription IDs and the plan you're on. We do not store your card number — Stripe does.
Basic analytics— anonymized page views and feature usage so we can fix what's broken and improve what works. No third-party trackers.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers. Each processes a specific slice of your data on our behalf:

Supabase — authentication and database (your email, chart, conversations).
Anthropic (Claude) — processes your coach questions to generate responses. Per Anthropic's policy, your data is not used to train their models.
Mapbox — geocodes the birth place you enter (city → coordinates). Only the city string is sent; not your email or chart.
Resend — sends transactional email (magic links, account notifications).
Stripe — payment processing for paid plans. We never see your card number.
Vercel — hosts the app and serves it from a global CDN.

How we use it

To calculate and serve your Human Design chart.
To let you sign in and access your chart on any device.
To power the AI coach with personalized context about your design.
To send you the magic link emails you ask for.
To bill you, if you've upgraded.
To respond to support requests.

That's it. We don't use your data for behavioral advertising. We don't share it with third parties beyond the processors listed above. We don't sell it.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

Export all your data (chart + conversations) as JSON.
Delete your account, which permanently deletes everything we have on you.
Unsubscribe from any non-essential email with one click.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — same idea, just with more acronyms. Email us to exercise any of them.

Children

The Imprintis not intended for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think we have, please email us and we'll delete it.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: the ones Supabase sets to keep you signed in, and a session cookie for our own backend. No third-party advertising cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site trackers.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll email signed-up users before the change takes effect. Trivial wording fixes will just update the date above.
