The short version

By using The Imprint, you agree to these terms. Be decent. Don't break things or other people. Human Design is a tool for self-understanding, not medical, legal, or financial advice. We can cancel accounts that abuse the service. You can cancel anytime.

What this service is

The Imprint calculates Human Design charts from your birth data and provides an AI-powered coach trained on your chart. We offer a free tier and paid plans for unlimited coach access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use The Imprint. You agree that the email and birth data you provide is your own (or that you have the right to share it). One account per person.

Not professional advice

Human Design is a self-reflection tool. Anything you read on this site or hear from the AI coach is notmedical, mental health, legal, financial, or relationship advice. If you're dealing with a clinical issue, talk to a licensed professional. We're not one.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the coach to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Try to extract personal information about other users.
• Attempt to break, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure.
• Use the service to make decisions on behalf of someone else without their consent (e.g., calculating a child's chart and presenting it as definitive guidance about them).
• Resell access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Egregious cases (e.g., automated scraping, abuse of other users) may be permanent and without refund.

Paid plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on the cadence you chose (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: we offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers. After that, partial-period refunds are at our discretion — email us and we'll be fair.

Your content

You own your birth data and your coach conversations. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data onlyas needed to operate the service for you. We don't use your conversations to train AI models. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The Human Design content, copy, design, and code on this site are ours. The underlying Human Design system itself is teaching from the public domain of Ra Uru Hu's work — we don't claim it as ours, just the specific way we've written and presented it. Don't copy our content wholesale; quote with attribution if you want to share a passage.

Service changes

We'll keep improving the product. We may change, add, or remove features. We'll try not to break things you depend on, and we'll give reasonable notice for any change that materially affects paid subscribers.

Disclaimers + liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the AI coach will always be wise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months (or $50, whichever is greater).

Termination

You can close your account anytime, and we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy. We can close accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (and the State of Texas where applicable). Disputes go to the state and federal courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll update the date above and email signed-up users for material changes. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
